Willard party legislation -- after much debate, a roll vote was called to send the willard legislation to the student services comittee to be discussed/rewritten/etc. The roll vote sent the bill to student services.

Francis Willard party -- ASG is working on creating an investagory comittee to investigate why fire codes were not payed attention to during the latest $3 million renovation. Willard residents need a place to congregate, not just for the party.

Evanston Redistricting:
-The aldermen (SP?) are attempting to gerrymander to marginalize the political impact of students
-Students are a critical part of the Evanston landscape
-Students should have representation on the Council
-Students should not be disenfranchised or marginalized by the Aldermen
-ASG created redistricting plan that would provide different constituencies their own districts (including students)
-Bill regarding the situation encourages students to attend October 20th meeting at City Council to help in the cause

Officer Reports

-Reporting on things that have already happened that I had no idea about.

Honoring the life of Mr. Jonah Richman

-Leader of one of the Frats passed away -- ASG is honoring his contributions to NU.

Ok, so the ASG meeting is now in full swing. Things are too bad yet. More info later when there is something to report.
